Impact Team

Founding member of the Impact Team, the driving culture-building and professional development for Learning & Development at EPAM's Digital Engagement Practice. Our team is responsible for designing and implementing team social, community, and professional events and opportunities to strengthen our bond and increase overall team satisfaction and potential.

Hackathons

Design and implementation of team hack-a-thons. These hack-a-thons aim to identify and provide solutions for challenges of a brand-new and growing team, industry-wide challenges and opportunities, and independent projects of individual interest. This first was a two-day, 8-hour hack with presentations and judging on the third day to develop a comprehensive onboarding program for our office.

Mentorship Program

Developed and led delivery of the International Mentorship Program. The goal of this initiative was to develop the instructional design skills of EPAM's learning and development talent in Eastern Europe. This 8-week program successfully onboarded these designers to feel comfortable creating learning experiences for English-speaking and American audiences. It also boosted the company's confidence in developing these resources for billable client work.

Onboarding

Developed the functional onboarding program for all instructional and experience design roles on the Google account. This hybrid program incorporates eLearning modules, facilitated sessions, and an authentic practice project to properly onboard new resources and get them fully ready to start on their first projects. Program was modified and replicated for transition team at project's end.
